Tucker Hewes is Founder and Chairman of Hewes, a New York City–based public relations and digital communications firm specializing in the asset management and ETF industry.

Since founding the firm in 1993, Tucker has advised many of the investment industry’s most respected firms on media strategy, reputation management, and thought leadership. Over more than three decades, he has helped asset managers build credibility with financial journalists, advisors, and institutional investors through strategic communications and long-standing relationships across the financial media landscape.

Tucker is widely recognized for his expertise in financial communications and has lectured on media relations and industry communications at universities and conferences, including the Schwab Institutional Conference.

Earlier in his career, Tucker produced the weekly Manhattan Cable television program Sports Tuesday, where he interviewed leading athletes including Muhammad Ali, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, John McEnroe, and Cal Ripken. He later won the press tournament at the U.S. Open in 1985.

Tucker also maintains one of the world’s largest private collections of Keith Haring subway drawings. He has loaned works from the collection to museums and galleries internationally, and conducted an extensive 1984 interview with Haring that took place both in the artist’s studio and in the New York subway system.

Tucker graduated from Connecticut College with a B.A. in English.
